1. Purpose
These Terms of Service govern all orders placed on www.bloomycosmetics.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Website"), operated by BLOOMY Paris SAS.
By placing an order on the Website, you fully and unconditionally accept these Terms of Service.
2. Products
The products offered are described and presented as accurately as possible.
BLOOMY Paris SAS shall not be held liable for any errors or omissions.
Product photographs are for illustrative purposes only and are not contractually binding.
All products are formulated, tested, and comply with the applicable European regulations.
3. Prices
The prices displayed on the Website are expressed in euros (€), including all applicable taxes (VAT).
BLOOMY Paris SAS reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. However, products will be invoiced based on the prices in effect at the time the order is confirmed.
Shipping costs are displayed during the checkout process.
4. Orders
Placing an order constitutes acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the products available for sale.
BLOOMY Paris SAS reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in the event of a dispute with the customer or for any legitimate reason.
The customer will receive an order confirmation email once the order has been successfully placed.
5. Payment
Payments are securely processed through the payment methods available on the Website (Shopify Payments, credit/debit card, Apple Pay, PayPal, etc.).
An order is considered valid only after payment has been successfully confirmed.
BLOOMY Paris SAS never has access to customers' banking or payment information.
6. Shipping
Shipping Destinations
BLOOMY Paris SAS ships within mainland France and internationally.
France: 2–4 business days
Europe & International: 5–10 business days
Delivery times may vary during periods of high demand, promotional campaigns, or due to unforeseen logistical disruptions beyond our control.
A tracking number will be sent once your order has been dispatched.

7. Retours & Remboursements

ne pas avoir été utilisés
être retournés dans leur état d’origine
Pour des raisons d’hygiène, les produits ouverts ne peuvent pas être remboursés.
Frais de retour
Les frais de retour sont à la charge du client.

Une fois le retour validé, le remboursement est effectué sous 7 à 14 jours.
8. Responsabilité
BLOOMY Paris SAS ne saurait être tenue responsable :
d’une mauvaise utilisation du produit
de dommages indirects
de retards imprévisibles liés à un transporteur
du non-respect par l’utilisateur de la réglementation de son pays de livraison

Tous les éléments du Site (textes, photos, visuels, logo, charte graphique) sont protégés par le droit d’auteur.
Ils ne peuvent être utilisés sans autorisation préalable.
